Cancellation Policy – Prabhat Tour and Travel

• 24 hours before pickup: No charges

• 12 hours before pickup: 20% of the fare will be charged

• Less than 6 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare will be charged

• If the driver has already reached the pickup location: Full day charges will apply

Refund Policy – Prabhat Tour and Travel

• Refunds for online or advance payments are processed within 2–3 business days.

• If the cancellation is due to an issue on our side, a full refund will be provided.
